Consulenza è detta propriamente la prestazione professionale di un consulente, una persona che, avendo accertata esperienza e pratica in una materia, consiglia e assiste il proprio cliente nello svolgimento di atti, fornisce informazioni e pareri. Compito del consulente è quindi, una volta acquisiti gli elementi che il cliente possiede già, di aggiungervi quei fattori della sua competenza, conoscenza e professionalità che possono promuoverne sviluppi nel senso desiderato

CONSULENZA TECNICA DI PARTE (CTP) IN CAMPO IMMOBILIARE
Il consulente tecnico di parte è una persona alla quale una parte in causa conferisce l'incarico peritale quale esperto in uno specifico settore ovvero competente del ramo tecnico/scientifico pertinente alla causa. Il CTP ha il compito, nell'interesse di una parte, di affiancare il CTU nell’espletamento del suo incarico e formulare osservazioni a supporto o critica del risultato al quale il perito del giudice sarà giunto.
Al contrario del consulente tecnico d'ufficio, il CTP non presta giuramento ed ha ampia facoltà di accettare, rifiutare o rimettere l'incarico in ogni tempo, altresì è esonerato dall'obbligo di cooperare con l’autorità giudiziaria ed ha libertà di atti e prestazioni che trova limite solo nel divieto di ostacolare illegittimamente l’attività del CTU.
CONSULENZA PER STIME IMMOBILIARI
Il valore di stima immobiliare è il valore economico, di mercato, di un immobile: casa, terreno produttivo, industria. Il calcolo del valore, ottenuto attraverso una perizia di stima, è necessario ed opportuno per vendere o comprare un immobile nonché per vedere se il prezzo pagato è congruo rispetto al valore di mercato.

PART EXPERT ADVISE (CTP) IN REALE ESTATE FIELD
The expert witness is a person who a person in litigation gives him the charge of expert in a specific area or competent of the technical/scientific sector pertinent to the cause. CTP has the task, in the interest of a part, to support the CTU in the implementation of his task formulating observations supporting or criticizing the result of the judge consultant.
On the contrary of the office technical consultant, CTP does not take an oath and he can accept, or refusing the task otherwise he is exonerated by the obligation to cooperate with the authority and he can act how he prefers; the only limit is in the prohibition to obstruct spuriously the CTY activity.
